We are running fantastic 'Live' daily WORKOUT on Friday's at 9.45am via Zoom.
Our Baby Sling Fit online 'Live' classes have been very popular and enable mums to exercise in the comfort of their own home with their babies on them. The classes are fun, energising and strength building - reconnecting weakened muscles and giving mums confidence in their bodies whilst also lifting their mental head space to feel happier and more engaged with their babies.
Having a routine of exercising at 9.45am for around 50 minutes is also a great thing to build into your daily activities. A happy mum means a happy baby. You get a full body workout and your baby is on you so they are happy to join in and have a cuddle and bond at the same time. You need to be signed off by your doctor before starting any exercise program. Baby Sling Fit is for mums with babies from 6 weeks - 12 months.
What To Expect
from a Baby Sling Fit Class
Taking time to get yourself strong and back into exercise is important. It means you are better prepared for those tough days, you have more stamina and it releases feel-good endorphins into your system to help balance out your mind and body. All Levels Welcome
Our classes cater to all levels of fitness. The best place to start is at the beginning! If you have never worn a baby sling and haven’t exercised since before the baby was born then getting yourself back into fitness gradually is the best way. If you join our online membership workouts there are video demonstrations on how to put on your baby sling, how to put baby in to the sling, what to look for to ensure healthy positioning for you and baby. There are video demostrations on how to perform each exercise and in our Starting Back to Fitness you can start with workouts from 5 minutes - 20 minutes to build up your strength. Then progress to Level 2 and Advanced when you are stronger. Take your time to recover and use the workouts to support your recovery, give you strength, bond with your baby and have fun!

Thank you for your support. We have loved the classes and look forward to coming along each week. Sometimes it feels hard to get out of the house if it's been a tough night, but I feel energised and Amelia has a little sleep and cuddle through the session so it's well worth the effort!
To get out of the house, tone up again, have fun, meet other mums, exchange thoughts worries and stories as well as bond with Rupert has been brilliant. I definitely recommend having a go and seeing for yourself! x

Sadly, whilst the Covid 19 pandemic is still with us, Baby Sling Fit classes in Milton Keynes are suspended until JUNE. But we are looking at adding Buggy & Baby Sling Fit outdoor classes coming in MAY!! Baby Sling Fit normally offers fun, postnatal, babywearing exercise classes in Milton Keynes. We help new mums of all fitness levels to get stronger, more body confident, whilst bonding with their babies! So, there's no excuse not to have a go, as your baby is with you! You need to be signed off by your doctor before starting any exercise program. Baby Sling Fit is for mums with babies from 6 weeks - 12 months.
